The Company originated in January 2000 under the name Allied Business Services Ltd with just one employee, Nicholas Sudan, with the aim of providing accounting, payroll and taxation services to the small to medium sized business sector.
In 2006, it was re-branded as Onestà Consulting Limited, which is Italian for ‘Honesty and Truth’, and today has grown to 17 employees and 60 corporate clients under monthly retainer fees as well as a number of non-retainer clients.
In 2013 the Directors of Onestà agreed to focus on a path of strategic growth through partnerships in order to increase the lines of service being offered and to increase the Company’s client base.
In 2013, Aptitude Human Resource Consulting Limited was founded through the partnership with
Staci-Ann Patrick as we shared her mission and vision to see the realization of Human Resources (HR) becoming an active business partner in the corporate sector of Trinidad & Tobago.
Since then, Aptitude has been able to build an active client base which includes both private and public sector companies.
In April 2015, Onestà Corporate Finance Limited was born through the partnership with Mr. Allan Clayton to focus on providing clients with practical solutions and services to address their business needs in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and strategic management.
Most recently, in July 2015, Onestà saw the realization of a partnership with Mr. Craig Camacho, amalgamating Camacho, Boyce and Associates (CB&A) accounting practice into Onestà while maintaining CB&A to continue to offer its audit services.
At this point, Onestà’s full suite of services will include accounting outsourcing, taxation compliance, payroll processing, human resource advisory services, corporate finance advisory services, and internal and external audit services.

Nicholas, a graduate of the University of the West Indies holds a BSc. In Management Studies, and is a qualified Certified Management Accountant from the ‘Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada’. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago. He has 23 years post degree experience, 16 of them in private practice and 9 years experience as a licensed Insurance Agent.
Richard, a graduate of the University of the West Indies, holds a B.Sc. in Accounting. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad & Tobago. He has 17 years post qualification experience including 5 years as Group CFO of ANSA McAL Group of Companies and 3 years as Managing Director of TATIL Life.
Brent, a graduate of the University of the West Indies holds a B.Sc. in Accounting. He is Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago. He has 21 years post qualification experience including 9 years as Finance Director of VEMCO Ltd and 10 years audit experience.
Craig, a graduate from Bristol Polytechnic (UK), holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Finance. He is A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago. He has 27 years experience providing financial services including auditing, accounting, taxation and corporate services.
Allan, a graduate of Middlesex University, holds a Masters of Business Administration. He is A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and holds a CFA Charter holder and is a member of the CFA Institute. He has 27 years post qualification experience including Finance Director/Company Secretary at Unicomer (Trinidad) Limited and CFO at Guardian General Ltd.
